Arrive at Aeropuerto de Sevilla and meet a Premier Tours & Travel representative to transfer to your hotel. Enjoy a guided, panoramic carriage ride around the city before embarking on a hand-curated, guided tapas walking tour.

Take a guided, cultural walking tour of Seville and see the unique architecture of the Barrio Santa Cruz, the marvelous Giralda Bell Tower, the stunning Seville Cathedral, and Royal Alcazar. Enjoy time at leisure to enter the Alcazar Gardens (included). Meander with the group to one of the most active local food markets in the city, Mercado Triana, for a guided tour and tasting lunch.

Spend the day learning about the history of Jamón Ibérico at the Jamón Iberico Farm in Andalusia’s Natural Park of the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche. Enjoy a private visit to the curing cellars in Jabugo and a VIP Jamón carving and tasting masterclass. 

Indulge in an outdoor feast at lunch overlooking the picturesque valleys and mountains. Return to the hotel for time at leisure, including dinner. Reconnect with the group for a traditional Flamenco with Andalusian artists. 

Depart from Seville to Sierra da Loja. On the way to the hotel, enjoy a guided visit of Jerez de la Frontera before visiting our hand-selected bodega and learn about the iconic sherry wines of Jerez de la Frontera. Check in to your new accommodations and take the time to relax before sitting down to a Welcome Dinner.

Explore the white-washed village of Mijas with our local guide. Spend time at leisure before returning to the hotel to help our Expert Host with the Chef’s dinner.

Visit an organic olive farm in Ronda where a religious community of nuns began producing the product over 200 years ago. Spend the day picking your own organic vegetables and learning about the science and art behind the production of olive oil before sitting down to an educational tasting masterclass. Enjoy an olive oil tasting and  lunch overlooking the olive groves and valley, including the vegetables you selected.

Stroll around the beautiful city of Ronda in the afternoon, exploring the ancient architecture of the Old Town and gazing over one of Spain’s oldest bull rings. In the evening, enjoy paella with the group.

Tour the famous palace and fortress of La Alhambra, which has been recognised as the 8th wonder of the world. Take lunch at your leisure in Grenada, the last stronghold of Spanish Moors, before returning to your hotel for our Chef’s delicious evening meal. 

Depart to the Spanish capital of Madrid aboard the high-speed AVE train. Our Premier Tours & Travel representatives will meet you upon arrival and transfer you to your hotel. 

Check-in and spend the balance of the day at leisure. 

Embark on a panoramic, guided walking tour of Madrid. Wander along the city’s cobblestone streets as your expert guide shares fascinating insights into its history. Reconnect with the group this evening for a Farewell dinner experience.

On your final day, bid your group goodbye and transfer to the airport where you can begin your homeward journey.
