Day 2A panoramic horse-drawn carriage ride provides perspective on the beautiful city of Seville today. Following, take a guided, cultural walking tour of Seville and see the unique architecture of the Barrio Santa Cruz, the marvelous Giralda Bell Tower, the stunning Seville Cathedral. Enjoy a guided visit to the Royal Alcazar and Gardens (included). Meander with the group to one of the most active local food markets in the city, Mercado Triana, to select ingredients for chef’s dinners and for a guided tour and tasting lunch. Learn the unique ecosystem of the Ibérian hog and the artisan process that goes into creating their indulgent, 100% acorn-fed Jamón Ibérico. Enjoy a private visit to the curing cellars in Jabugo and a VIP Jamón carving and tasting masterclass followed by an outdoor parrilla luncheon in collaboration with our friends and owners at a very quaint finca overlooking the picturesque valley and mountains in the distance. Day 5Set off to Ronda today by way of Zahara de la Sierra — named one of the most beautiful hilltop villages by Los Pueblos Mas Bonitos de Espana with its streets of stepped Pueblos Blancos (white houses) built on the mountain slope below its castle — for a tour. Spend time at leisure in this charming village for lunch and shopping before continuing on to your accommodations in Ronda. A paella demonstration awaits you this evening for dinner.

There learn about the life of these fantastic animals in all phases of their breeding and the exciting selection process, as well as being able to interact with them.
