From attending the Culinary Institute of America and working in some of New York and Florence, Italy’s finest restaurants, to owning his own acclaimed restaurants in Nantucket and New York, Chef Ron Suhanoksy has never shied away from adventure. Most recently, Chef Ron relocated to Todi in the Umbria region of Italy to open the restaurant of his dreams, Ciao Mi Amor. His cookbook, Pasta Sfoglia, won a 2010 James Beard Award in the Single Subject Category, and he made frequent guest appearances on The Martha Stewart Show, The Today Show, and The CBS Early Show.
